Backed by over 30 years of experience from Suzhou Fenggang Titanium Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Yianteng integrates R&D, manufacturing, testing, and customization capabilities in titanium processing, coating technology, and electrochemical engineering.

1. Hydrogen Energy

Hydrogen Energy Bipolar Plates: Utilizes a metal chemical etching + coating process to optimize flow field structure design, suitable for PEM fuel cell stacks.

Porous Transport Layer (PTL): Available in various thicknesses and porosities to enhance gas-liquid transfer efficiency.

Platinum-coated Titanium Felt: Platinum coating thickness ranges from 100nm to 300nm, with customizable dimensions and porosity to meet the needs of hydrogen electrolyzers.

2. Electrochemical Products

Ruthenium/Iridium Series MMO Electrodes: Precious metal coating enhances durability in strong acid and alkaline environments. Platinum-coated titanium anodes: Suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chlor-alkali electrolysis and organic synthesis.

Lead dioxide titanium anodes: Suitable for the hydrometallurgical industry.

Chlorate electrolyzers: Modular design supports customized production capacity requirements.

3. Specialty Equipment

We hold BR1 pressure vessel manufacturing qualifications and can customize titanium/nickel-based non-standard chemical equipment and pressure vessels to meet specialized operating requirements such as corrosion resistance and high pressure.
