1993

Suzhou Fenggang Titanium Products and Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in Suzhou High-tech Zone, building expertise in titanium, nickel and zirconium equipment fabrication and laying the foundation for the Group’s future electrochemical business.

2000

Fenggang expanded into electrolytic cells for organic synthesis and insoluble anodes, extending its capabilities from rare-metal chemical equipment to core electrochemical equipment and electrode products.

2018

Jiangsu Yianteng Special Anodes New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Shuyang National Economic & Technological Development Zone. The 37,000 m² site supports the development and customized manufacturing of hydrogen-energy electrode materials, insoluble anodes and related electrochemical products.

2023

Jiangsu Andenuo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded to specialize in precision etching of hydrogen-energy bipolar plates, strengthening the Group’s capabilities across material processing, precision forming, surface treatment and functional coatings.
