Where This Product Is Used

Yianteng supplies application-matched electrodes for power-plant and chemical-plant seawater cooling, seawater intake and pipeline biofouling control, desalination pretreatment, and natural-seawater electrochlorination skids. Final configuration should be based on the customer’s electrolyte, electrical parameters, geometry and operating schedule.

How the Electrochemical Process Works

Chloride in seawater is oxidized at a chlorine-evolution anode. The resulting active chlorine is dosed into intake or cooling-water circuits to control bacteria, biofilm and marine growth.
