Application-matched titanium anodes for direct and mediated electro-oxidation of difficult industrial wastewater.
Yianteng supplies titanium anodes and electrode assemblies for:
High-COD organic wastewater
Wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen
Chloride-containing industrial wastewater
Electro-oxidation pre-treatment and polishing systems
Depending on the selected anode material, pollutants may be oxidized through direct electron transfer or surface-generated oxidizing species. In chloride-containing wastewater, the anode can also generate active chlorine for mediated oxidation of organic pollutants and ammonia. The dominant pathway depends on chloride concentration, COD composition, pH, conductivity and anode material.
The anode material does not match the wastewater chemistry or required oxidation pathway.
Cell voltage increases or anode activity declines during operation.
Localized current loading causes premature coating or electrical-connection failure.
Replacement anodes do not match the original dimensions, active area or connection interfaces.
Yianteng Solutions
Recommend the anode material and coating according to wastewater chemistry, chloride concentration and target reaction.
Review coating loading and active area against the specified current density and operating-life requirement.
Manufacture anode dimensions, active-area boundaries and electrical connections according to approved drawings.
Produce compatible replacement anodes from drawings, samples or equipment information.
