Yianteng's ultra-thin sintered porous gas diffusion anode is one of the most core components in PEM electrolyzers. Gas diffusion anodes are widely used as flow field or diffusion materials, especially on the oxygen (anode) side, where excellent mass transfer and compact size are crucial. Our sintered porous plates excel in both aspects.
-Product Positioning
Carbon-based gas diffusion layers (GDLs) are not suitable for electrolyzer anodes due to their rapid oxidation to carbon dioxide (CO₂) in acidic media or carbonate ions (CO₃) in alkaline media. Eanteng's titanium sintered porous plates overcome this limitation while ensuring minimal electrical contact between the anode catalyst layer and the bipolar plate/current collector. The smooth porous titanium surface facilitates adhesion to the membrane electrolysis, reducing contact resistance and minimizing membrane electrolysis catalyst loss.
